I’ve been training with Tina and a member of her online fitness community Cupcakes Anonymous for a few years now. At first I’d always stay in the background and watch. I never attended classes or got involved.
September of 2017, after a tough conversation with my doctor, we started talking about gastric bypass because I’d never be able to get in under control on my own.
Around the same time, Tina announced her launch of the 10 week program so before I decided on surgery I put in my application. That program changed my life. To date I’m not certain how many inches exactly that I’ve lost but I can tell you I’m down from a size 20-18 to a 14-12 and over 50 lbs. Tina has always made herself
Available to answer every question I had with amazing knowledge and patience. I’ve since became a very active member of this fitness community and this group of women makes working out so much fun and different than anything I’ve experienced.
There really is no better feeling than having an entire tribe behind you every step of the way!

The 10 week program had so much more to offer than just weight loss and exercise. I found amazing friendships.
This is what we call NSV (non scale victory). I met some amazing women who like myself were looking for the same thing. This support system is what kept me going.
To have these woman by my side and to push me to be better me. While all the support and friendship was blossoming, my body was changing and for the better.
I can proudly say that I have lost 40lbs and over 50 inches. My life has changed and I continue to stay on this path.
All the women in this program are so friendly, motivating, inviting, and just plain awesome.
I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and are trying new things with some of my fit family and its been very rewarding.
This 10 week program was the best gift I’ve given myself in a long time.

Elevation, it defines the true nature of what this fitness community and Tina LaCroix can do for you. By meeting you where you are at, in your fitness journey, and lifting you to the next level; it is a place for everyone.
My before and after photos might be harder to understand, as my journey and transformation have had nothing to do with a scale. I joined this group already a “clean” eater and active person. I was at a healthy weight and my annual doctor visits were uneventful. Over 1 ½ years later and I am a different person.
Yes, for people who know me they can see the physical difference in my muscle definition and my overall strength and endurance are no comparison to the “active” me that started. I have learned a wealth of knowledge about food and nutrition, even though when I started I was pretty sure- “I know all that”. More importantly the internal transition, my cholesterol, BP and resting HR are even better than before and as for my mind, well I have begun to gain the one thing I have never found on my own, confidence- my greatest NSV (non-scale victory).
That is what I see in my after picture, me having finished an obstacle course race, climbed a rope, and best of all with a true smile on my face. I am happy, loving it, and truly proud of myself. So, trust me when I say, no matter where you are in your journey, this community will elevate you, if you let it.

My name is Kelly Fournier, I am 38 and I have been overweight my whole life, even in grade school. I have lost 20lbs here and there but never kept it off for longer than 3 months.
My starting weight when I met Tina was 220lbs. This time I said I wasn’t going backwards. Little did I know how much support and how many friendships I would gain in Tina’s program. Since July 2017, I have lost 68lbs, by eating the foods approved on Tina’s food program and working out 4 days a week.
I have been losing weight weekly just by sticking to eating right and working out. Going to bootcamps are fun, because my friends are there. I met so many great people from this program, I look forward to coming to the workouts! Everyone is so welcoming and authentic.
My out of reach (not anymore) goal was 150lbs… I’m only 2lbs away…. that just seems crazy to me… and I owe it all to Tina for creating this incredible group and her expertise in nutrition and fitness!!! Today I stand at 152lbs, lighter than I was in high school! I am a better wife because my confidence has dramatically increased. I am a better mom to my 2 children because I have a lot more energy!! And lastly, I am the most comfortable I have ever been in my own skin!! I lost all this weight but look at what I have gained!
My goals today aren’t to keep losing because I am happy with my success, but to maintain my fitness level and gain strength. Tina have given me the avenue and knowledge to live a life I have only dreamed about!

I have been a client of Elevation Fitness for approximately 3 years now, and I lost over 35 pounds, dropped from a size 14/16 to a size 10, and greatly increased my overall strength and endurance since first beginning to train with Coach Tina.
Coach Tina is one of a kind! She is extremely knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition, and possesses a genuine concern for her clients’ success. She trains with both compassion and firmness, along with unmatched guidance and support, to ensure her clients reach their health and fitness goals.
My original goal was to simply lose weight and “look better” and I loathed every minute of the gym; however, Coach Tina has a knack for making fitness FUN, and this quickly became my new lifestyle! Coach Tina’s boot camps are high energy, high calorie and high fat burning classes that are built to allow for ALL fitness levels, from beginner to advanced, to participate.
If you are looking for an energetic, supportive, fun fitness community, with a variety of equipment, personal training options and classes to meet all your fitness needs, I highly recommend Elevation Fitness!

Literally the last food and fitness plan you will ever need.
Why? Because it makes sense, it’s easy to follow as long as you properly prepare, and your gut will tell you every day that you’re doing the right thing! I spent years and years trying to find that magical combination of portion control, shakes, pills, prepackaged garbage and expensive food plans.
I spent thousands of dollars to lose 10 pounds here and 10 pounds there, always gaining weight back when I started eating “normally” again. Not to mention the fact that I usually spent a large portion of the day feeling bloated and uncomfortable. I thought everyone felt this way. I had no idea it was avoidable based on my diet. I started the Elevation Fitness food plan in September of 2017 with about 25 pounds to lose. I also wanted to build lean muscle so I started attending boot camps and fitness classes with Tina. I lost 28 pounds and built a ton of muscle and toned my arms like they had never been toned before.
Even my 47 year old butt lifted thanks to all the mountain climbers and squats! Oh, and I never felt bloated or uncomfortable thanks to the clean eating plan. The online support community is a huge influence in helping to keep me accountable with my food choices and my workout regime. Recipes and workouts of the day are combined with posts from other members of the group. Some celebrating milestones and non-scale victories; some looking for support to keep on track.
Personally, my favorite non-scale victory is that for the first time, my grandmother’s wedding ring fits on my finger and I can take her with me wherever I go. I am incredibly grateful for this group in helping me find my “forever food plan”!

I feel that I have always been on the healthy side (or at least thought I was) but didn’t exactly have all the correct tools. My first true taste of fitness was when I was recommended to teach step/blast class back in 2007.
I had good success overall in my journey until March of 2014, when I delivered my baby boy. I had gained about 40 pounds when in early 2016 my friend told me she was going to add me to a FB fitness group. Coincidently days later, Tina announced the pilot 12 wk program. I was given the support and guidance I needed to be successful. Recipes and workouts of the day were posted to help make our journey easy.
Monthly challenges helped keep everyone engaged and on the right track. Over the course of the 12 weeks I lost 23lbs, but here is the more amazing part-I lost a total of 23 inches, 7.5 of those were from my mid section alone!! Can you believe my results and the fact that I’m not selling anything?
I just want to share my success with others and to let them know they can do this and it works! Pills, shakes, patches…they are all temporary, what happens when you can afford them and stop? You have to eat food to survive so why not make those healthy choices. Tina has given me and many others the tools to lead a healthy life. I have been and will continue to follow her food plan forever.
My results are 100% natural. No pills, no shakes, no surgery, just straight up proper nutrition and exercise. The scale can tell me what it wants, but when it doesn’t move and my clothes do because they are getting bigger you know you are doing something right.
Words, gifts could never express the gratitude this woman has for others. And she does it all without expecting anything in return….ANYTHING!

Lori C
Never in a million years would I have thought I would be a regular attendee Of boot camp classes.
It didn’t take long to get hooked. I’ve lost 32 pounds and 41 inches.
But I’ve gained so much more…..never ending support from Tina as well as a group of like minded woman who lift one another up and celebrate successes small, medium and large.
Training that extended from the gym into the kitchen and is flexible enough to accommodate ‘life’ not a fad-diet.
I am so happy to have found Elevation Fitness!

I joined Cupcakes Anonymous 3 years ago and Elevation Fitness a little over a year ago. In the beginning I did not think I had the fitness ability to keep up with everyone.
I was part of a bariatric program and I was struggling to lose the weight I needed to qualify for weight loss surgery. I was very inspired by everyone’s transformation from Tina’s original ten week weight loss program but one that definitely stood out to me was someone who was going through the same struggle that I was having. This was trouble losing weight being part of a bariatric program and deciding if they really wanted to have weight loss surgery.
This transformation made me want to apply for my first initial ten week program with Tina. I submitted my name and received an application. For many days I was thinking to myself I don’t know if I can do this. Maybe surgery is the best option. Also I was not in condition to be able to keep up with these ladies. On the very last day I decided to apply.
I am very thankful and fortunate that I did apply for this program. I can’t thank Tina enough for choosing me and believing that I would be successful in this program. She has given me the tools to be successful in changing my eating habits. By attending classes at Elevation fitness I feel like I have gotten stronger each week and have developed more confidence in myself. I am happy and proud to be part of this amazing and inspiring team.
Tina has given me all the help and support in my endeavor. I would totally and completely recommend the One program and forever fit. Tina’s weight loss programs have changed my life. I feel like I have got my life back. I have gained back my confidence and self esteem. I am so happy to say after completing one of Tinas’s weight loss programs I decided not to pursue bariatric surgery but because of my success with weight loss.
I will continue to follow the lifestyle changes I have made indefinitely even after I have reached my goal weight. I have had the pleasure of meeting many great and inspiring women so far in my weight loss and fitness journey.

I’ve been a member of this wonderful fitness family since July 2017. I’ve been attending Tina’s boot camp classes ever since and consider myself a “boot camp addict”. I had the privilege, along with 30 other women, of being chosen to follow Tina’s 10-week food plan in January 2017.
Tina educated us on food during a 90-minute education experience I will never forget. My goal was to lose weight and be healthy and strong both emotionally and physically.
Following Tina’s 10-week food plan and working out 3-4 times a week had afforded me the best of both worlds. I tried hypnosis, slim fast, isagenix and weight watchers but Tina’s food plan and unwavering support from this group works for me.
I lost a total of 25” and 14.2 lbs. at the end of the 10-week program and feel fantastic. I’ve recently been told that I “LOOK” healthy and “RIPPED”, which I consider a NSV. I feel fantastic and have more energy than I know what to do with. Tina’s instructs us on technique, modifications, and stretching.
No two boot camps are EVER the same. I look forward to working out with such an amazing group and have met so many wonderful ladies.
We challenge and encourage each with every BURPEE Tina throws at us! Tina is “one in a million” and I’m grateful to be a member of this community.

Jill M
I’m so happy to have found my fit family! The 10 week program they run is awesome!
Tina have free food workshops, offer weekly low cost bootcamps & even free outdoor bootcamps.
The personal support from the coaches means everything.
I couldn’t believe my results at the end of 10 weeks, I lost 30” overall!
I have a long journey of getting fit & healthy ahead of me, but knowing I have these ladies by my side will keep me moving forward.
I am truly thankful to have met this fabulous group of women!

Kristin M
My name is Kristin Ramsey and I have been a client of Tina’s for almost two years and it has changed my life. I started on medication that caused weight gain around 16 years old.
I was used to people making fun of me, calling me fat or writing “Kristin is gordo” in Spanish class. I had really thrown in the towel and believed that my body could not change. After college I was at an all time high of 200 pounds. I smoked a pack a day and could barely walk up the stairs without being winded.
Then one day I woke up and was sick of it. Sick of seeing photos of myself from the neck up, sick of buying clothes to cover my body and blend in with the crowd and sick of overall feeling generally miserable.
I started training with Tina 2 years ago and suddenly something clicked. I started seeing inches melt off and I felt so comfortable with her. I made her promise to see me through my weight loss journey and she has done that and so much more. I now know how to eat properly.
I now can wear a regular size tall boot and not wide calf. I now can wear a bikini and not go in the water with a t shirt on. I now can run spartan races, climb Mount Washington and run these 5k races. I never in my wildest dreams would have thought I would ever be able to run even a mile…let alone climb a mountain.
My life is forever changed since dedicating my life to a new healthier lifestyle and I have to thank Tina for holding my hand and helping me every step of the way. Thanks for everything Tina!

I was introduced to this community by a friend last Summer & quietly observed…..
On New Year’s Eve I made a decision to join a bootcamp and have been going ever since. The ladies in this group are the most kind, accepting & supportive group of people I have ever met.
I was chosen to do Tina’s 10 week program & felt so supported & guided through the whole thing. I lost 21.5 inches and 15 pounds through this program!!
I am so happy that I was introduced to Tina, she truly leads with her heart & sets an amazing example of paying it forward to the next girl!

“I’ve been on the cupcakes anonymous page for years sitting quietly in the background and finally joined the forever fit program at Elevation Fitness March 2020. I was nervous as it had been over 5 years since I worked out.
March 2014 our lives got turned upside down. My husband had a stroke, the doctors discovered the stroke was caused by an aortic dissection. He was airlifted to Brigham & Women’s in Boston for emergency surgery where they were able to repair the dissection. He spent 4 weeks in a medically induced coma and over 3 months in a rehab facility learning to walk again. Thankfully he is here with us and continues to get stronger everyday.
As I have gotten older I have struggled with my weight, yoyo back and forth. I looked in the mirror one day and didn’t know who was looking back at me. I even stopped taking pictures because I couldn’t stand looking at myself. I finally decided it was time to start taking care of myself again, I wanted to be healthy and be able to spend time with my family for many years to come. I wasn’t looking for a quick fix, I knew I needed a lifestyle change.
I was finally ready to start working out again and then covid hit. Even with the start of Covid, Tina went above and beyond to support this amazing community by offering many different virtual classes. As soon as the gyms were able to open I started classes right away, I instantly felt at home and was hooked. I love the small classes and that it is all women. Tina, all the instructors and members are all friendly and very supportive!
I’ve been a member of numerous gyms over the years and tried many different programs. However I truly feel at home here and I am grateful to be part of this amazing community! There is something extra special about Tina and Elevation Fitness she truly cares about everyone in her fit family. She makes sure we have a clean safe place to work out.
I feel so much healthier and stronger than I ever have! I look forward to seeing what I can accomplish in the future. (Someday a pull up without bands). Thank you Tina for everything you do, I love our fit family!”

“I came to fitness later in life. About ten years ago, in my late thirties, I participated in a fitness challenge, the preparation for which helped me get as strong and lean as I’d ever been. Just as I began to appreciate the mental aspect of athleticism, I herniated a disc in my neck. There were tears and heating pads and pain meds and cortisone shots and surgery consultations. Ultimately, time healed things enough to let me get back to exercise, but I’d lost a good deal of momentum and of faith in my body. Fast forward through years during which, little by little, I lost my grip on both food and fitness. And then Covid sealed the deal – ridiculous indulgence so that it became the norm and very. little. movement.
I hit my limit on May 11. I came down to the basement, logged into FB and found my Cupcakes Anonymous account, which had lay dormant since I’d joined. I struggled mightily through a workout but felt supported and encouraged enough to come down to the basement again and again and again throughout the shut down. When EF opened up for in person classes over the summer, I tried as many as I could. When the Forever Fit program launched in late August, I signed up. The snowball effect at its best.
Since May, through a combination of EF classes, whether online or in person, and Forever Fit, I have reclaimed my waist, lost weight that I’d previously accepted as part and parcel of the late forties, revamped my eating so that food works to my advantage, returned indulgence to its proper place and rediscovered the possibility of health and strength at a time in my life when I didn’t think those things could improve in any substantial way.
It’s December 31, and I am confidently NOT making my typical New Year’s Resolution to eat right, exercise and swear off X, Y or Z forever. Too extreme. Too unrealistic. Too arbitrary. Instead, thanks to this community of strong, real, inspiring women, I’m committed to keep going.”

“2020 was starting out to be a good year. I thought I had found myself. Then covid hit. All the progress I made for myself disappeared. I stumbled upon Elevation Fitness after deciding my journey wasn’t over and I could afford to workout without it breaking the bank at the same time. From my first time meeting Tina I knew she was there to help me along the way. I knew she cared after receiving multiple check in messages to see how I was doing after meeting me just once. The classes I have taken so far have kicked my butt and I love it. I am ready to become the woman I know I can be. “

Over the last two years, working with Tina and the rest of the team I have lost over 30 inches and gained new confidence in myself. Because of Elevation Fitness I am able to run a 5k in 35 minutes, something I couldn’t even do in high school while playing sports. I have participated in Rugged Maniac and continue to surprise myself with what I am able to do during workouts. I enjoy the challenges of a workout now, excited to see how I can push my body. I look at food differently, because of what I have learned during the workshops that are offered. I am a stronger, more confident person because of Elevation Fitness!

I started working out with Tina Potenti Lacroix in December 2018 in the auditorium space of a local school. I had found the Cupcakes Anonymous page I think the prior St. Patrick’s Day at the parade and had been following the page silently from the sidelines for quite awhile.
I would see LIVE videos come on and the Lives got my attention.
I started seeing the same names and faces repeatedly on the Lives and on the group Facebook page. I silently started cheering for women from my little sideline spot, too timid to go, not feeling quite good enough for this group.
Then I saw some success stories posted and they were of women who looked like me. Just regular women who haven’t always put their wellness first. I started to think, maybe I could do this.
I signed up for a class, paid for my spot, and chickened out. Some time later, maybe two months or three, I saw a post where the first two people who respond get their session paid for AND they get buddied up with someone so they don’t have to feel lost and anxious.
I was the first person to respond and I got in! I made my appointment for the next week. And that was in December 2018. I have not looked back.
My first workout was so scary. Just walking in the door…my anxiety and feeling of worthlessness had my heart pounding. But I went in. By the time I left, I was sweaty and gross and could not wait to do it all again the next week! Soon enough I was going nightly, often multiple classes a night.
What I found when I first walked in, was women of all different ages, abilities, cultures and races. I felt welcomed. We were, and are, truly one sisterhood.
I have belonged to many gyms and even more fads, but nothing has kept my interest like Cupcakes Anonymous and now our home at Elevation Fitness. I just had my two year anniversary and I have no desire to stop.
In these two years, I have developed new friendships, solid friendships, with women who are there to support each other in our physical fitness journeys as well as in our lives. I have gained confidence. This picture, of me jumping in the pool with my son, means the world to me. It was taken in the summer of 2019, my first summer with Cupcakes Anonymous. I finally was so comfortable in my own skin that I put on the damn bathing suit AND played with my son at a campground. I did Cannon Balls with him! It was one of the best experiences of my life!!! And I continue to be able to be present with my kids and my husband in ways I hadn’t been before.
I also now get to workout with my teenage daughter! She comes to Elevation Fitness with me and she started at a really hard time in her life and all these women came in and showered her with love and strength as she found her own emotional and physical strength. Watching my daughter’s self esteem develop and grow and her welcoming and encouraging other women has been a wonderful blessing that I treasure. We meal plan together. We encourage each other to make healthier choices even when unhealthy choices are the easier way out. We are far from perfect, but we are consistent and we see our health improving.
This gym and this community has become an important part of my life. I have found myself here. I have learned some of my weaknesses as well as some of my strengths here and I have learned how to use my strengths to improve my weaknesses. I have learned there really are great women out there. And there are great friendships to be had even with women. And I can be a great friend, too. This past spring as many of the kids of other Elevation Fitness members graduated, it brought me so much joy to participate in the rolling rallies for these kids and young adults because due to Covid all celebrations were off. Our community honored these graduates and it is just one example of so many that our community comes together to care for each other. Mind, body and soul. Elevation Fitness is an appropriate name, we rise by lifting others, and we do lift each other up both figuratively and literally, emotionally and physically.
My only regret is I didn’t find this community sooner.

I entered the fitness world at 55 years old. My sister Cheryl told me about Cupcakes Anonymous and I laughed hysterically. Seriously I thought, a fitness program named after a dessert? I was curious, what did I have to lose? I walked into the Mercy Center for my first class scared, awkward, totally out of my comfort zone and all I could see was an ocean of women and I was thinking I totally do not belong here. Out reaches the hand of a woman at least 25 years younger than me, telling me I got this and talked me through my very first class. The encouragement, her caring and support got me to go back week after week. Fast forward, I have for the first time in my life learned and truly believe the scale does not matter. Because of this group of incredibly strong, very different, younger and older women I am stronger, physically and mentally. I’m more confident, I’m more active, I eat better, (not perfect) but so much better, I’ve learned it’s not about being perfect, it’s about the effort. It’s about showing up to do the work and wanting to do the work, it makes me feel great. I also came into this program with a knee issue which presents mobility challenges periodically. My knee has become so much stronger, I can walk stairs one foot in front of the other, I jump, my balance has improved, my list goes on and on. Most importantly the woman who I laughed at hysterically 2 years ago, I’m side by side with each day on the same, yet very different journey.

I have been going to Elevation Fitness every morning since opening and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience I have had! It is because of Elevation fitness that I have the motivation to become more active and look for different ways to be active. I have gained a passion for obstacle races and have set goals of completing a trifecta with the help of everyone at Elevation Fitness. It is my happy place even at 5 am. I am glad I took the leap and never looked back. This gym has given me so much in terms of a healthy lifestyle and I am so glad to continue to be a part of it. I have been able to regain my life and fitness and become a better person with a better lifestyle. It is a place full of supportive women that I don’t think I could have done anything I’ve done without them. One of my favorite memories is doing a Rugged Maniac race with all the supportive women and them cheering me on and supporting me through the toughest obstacles and letting me know that I could do it and to not give up. I don’t think I would have finished that race if it wasn’t for all of them and for that I am forever grateful.

I joined Elevation Fitness in January 2020 looking to lose weight and exercise regularly. I’m so glad I found this amazing boutique Studio. My 15 year old also joined me at Elevation Fitness and also loves the classes and amazing community. Not only has it helped meet some of my fitness goals, but I have also found an amazing community of ladies who are always willing to give a helping hand. The environment and vibes at the studio are always great. Tina, all the instructors and members are amazing and truly care about each other.
I feel so comfortable here that I totally stepped out of my comfort zone and joined the Lift program this fall. It has been an amazing experience in which I have done many things I would have never thought I could do. My biggest accomplishment this year was deadlifting 215lb. I still have a long way to go with my fitness journey, but thanks to all the help and support I have received for free at Elevation Fitness and Cupcakes Anonymous I know I will get there. Can’t wait to write a testimonial for 2021 and be able to share many more accomplishments gained at Elevation Fitness.

When first starting at Elevation fitness I had lost myself. Just a few years prior to starting this journey I took care of myself, worked out, active, and felt confident in who I was. In a short 10 months I was married, new home owner, and pregnant. Very long story short I lost my identity as Amanda and strictly became “wife” and “mama”, which I feel beyond blessed to hold those titles. Last January a close friend told me about EF and I figured “why not”. Never thinking I would become addicted to the feeling of walking into a workout or instantly feel a part of a fit-fam. After a few months I started feeling strong, confident, and loved doing something for me. EF has become my happy place, my home away from home. The women working out next to me have become family and I couldn’t be happier for this community I am a part of. Thank you EF for giving me back my sparkle!

Tina has always made herself available to answer every question I had with amazing knowledge and patience. I’ve since become a very active member of this fitness community and this group of women makes working out so much fun and different than anything I’ve experienced. There really is no better feeling than having an entire tribe behind you every step of the way!

My fitness journey began at Elevation Fitness in September of 2019. At the time of my enrollment, I had not exercised in years. I was in terrible shape, always tired, and had no motivation. I was nervous on the car ride to my first class because big gyms and fitness clubs had always made me anxious. I felt silly working out around strangers, I was insecure about my body and fitness level. When I walked into my first class at EF, I was greeted by Renee, the instructor. She was warm and welcoming and I felt at ease, this was a great start! I explained my current fitness level, and a fellow classmate, Dorothy, took me under her wing and spent the entire class by my side. She was patient and kind and really took her time explaining the exercises to me. After this class, I was hooked, and the rest is history! 15 months later, I am in the best shape of my adult life and it is only going to get better from here! I have a long way to go, but I am in this for the long haul. I can’t picture my life without Elevation Fitness and the amazing women that I have met there. The equipment is state of the art, the facility is immaculate, and the workouts are cutting edge. We are a community like no other. The bottom line is this…you will never feel more encouraged, welcomed, and accepted at another fitness studio. Give EF a try, you can thank me later!

My Elevation Fitness story began on Sep. 6th, 2019, when I came upon an ad in the T&G. That very night I went to a group mtg led by Tina LaCroix & met the most amazing group of fitness instructors, women of all different shapes & sizes & backgrounds. Yet we were all there for the same reasons. Acceptance, support, encouragement. I knew that night that I had found something that I had been looking for. A group of exceptional women that all lend a hand to one another. Women that can all relate to the same struggles & cheer each other on. In the last 16 months, not only have I lost about 24 lbs, through healthy eating habits, I have also gained strength, mobility, overall health & wellness. I think the most important thing I have learned from Elevation Fitness & Cupcakes Anonymous is that even when we slip, we fall, we get back up, dust off & keep going. It’s not a fad, there’s no quick fix, we do this for the love of ourselves…and no matter what…Still I Rise!

For years, I was that kid who was always laughing on the outside but was sad on the inside. I grew up thinking that food fixed everything, it was comfort to me. I tried pretty much every program out there and was successful for a while but never anything long term.
I was first introduced to Tina and her Cupcakes Anonymous group in December 2018. I was extremely nervous the first time that I walked into the space where classes were being held. I remember sitting against the wall just watching for pretty much the entire class. A few ladies at different times during the class encouraged me to participate but I was just too unsure of myself. Fast forward to the next class. After having observed my first class, I returned a few days later and walked in with my head held a little higher, still not sure if I was good enough for this group but I quickly realized that I was. The support from complete strangers was overwhelming. I’ve learned so much about nutrition, exercise and the importance of taking care of me. I’m in my sixties and I think in the best shape that I have ever been. I still have a long way to go but slow and steady wins the race. I will continue to grow with Elevation Fitness and the Cupcakes Anonymous group for as long as I possibly can. Thank you Tina and team.

I am so grateful for what Elevation Fitness has given me. It not only gave me a place to workout. It gave me something more. Something that may have been missing at every other gym I’ve belonged to. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had success at other gyms, But Elevation Fitness gave me a place where Non Scale Victories (NSV) are valued so much more than the scale.
I had tremendous success with the Forever Fit program with the first go round. I don’t remember the pounds but I do remember the inches! It was 33 inches in 12 weeks. Amazed and I was hooked. I truly SAW what clean eating and accountability could do. I kept it up for a while but as usual summer comes… I stop tracking and the only part of my body getting exercise is my elbow bringing great food and few too many drinks to my mouth.
After this summer I wanted a little less commitment (tracking) so I tried the ONE program. Clean eating, commitment to your self and a calorie burn. I loved it. My scans… I didn’t see the changes I wanted and if I am being honest I knew why. I seriously screw around on the weekends. No exercise, a few too many cocktails, and not the best (albeit better) choices when eating out.
That being said I started thinking about the changes I had made. I was eating so much better during the week. Portion control has always been my issue which is also why I don’t think scans were changing. BUT my God did I feel better. Isn’t it that what really matters? Heartburn was not an issue every night anymore. I didn’t wake up grumpy and I’m wasn’t exhausted by 3pm. I was taking so much better care of myself, from my hair, to my skin, housekeeping, etc. All of it.
I believe the program was named ONE building of the one ingredient food concept BUT towards the end I started thinking about ONE and what that really meant. Maybe for me, I’m the ONE.

Elevation Fitness has changed my life forever. Tina, you have taught me so much in this past year. So far since joining in January 2020 I’m down 18 pounds, I have more mobility, and ability to do things I never pictured myself able to do!
Thanks for teaching me how to love myself.

As a member of Cupcakes Anonymous since its first Birthday. I have seen the evolution of a dream come to fruition.
My journey in Health and wellness didn’t begin until I was 47. I had always been thin, but not healthy. Here at Elevation Fitness and through Cupcakes Anonymous, I have not only learned what exercises I enjoy. But I’ve learned how to use my diet/foods to fuel my body and keep me going. I’ve participated in events I never would have thought I could. But if we’re doing it together I’m in. I recently got a message from a former co-worker who lives in Maine. She’s little older than me. She’s been working out and I told her she’s been doing great. She told me she’s keeping it up, because she wants to be like me when she grows up. For that, I keep on going. I keep on moving. You never know who you might inspire.

Hi! I found Tina and the cupcakes a few years ago! I have been hovering around the group. In August I decided to give the gym and her fitness program a try! I love attending Strength classes. I am feeling stronger and healthier and love all the support! I am down 20lbs and feel amazing. I have a long road to go but I have the confidence to keep going with Tina and Elevation fitness on my side! Such an empowering place to get healthier!

Elevation Fitness, Cupcakes, Tina, & Crew- I could never thank you enough for what you have given to me these past 2 years. You have given a piece of me back, my motivation, my safe space, my escape, my health. I never would have thought that I would be able to actually hike and you not only helped me by preparing me to do Mt. Washington but you gave me an activity that is safe and healthy for my family and I to do together. I have been able to complete the tough mudder, multiple fitness outings, workshops, and more. This journey has been extremely rewarding in many ways all thanks to you and the community you have built for us.

Hi my name is Lisa and I’ve been a member at Elevation Fitness for about 6 months.. prior to joining I had attended pop up classes and outings, but finally took the plunge and became a member after too many months not moving and not feeling my best during COVID and lockdown.
I’ve spent years going on and off diet plans and programs, joining big box gyms, smaller specialized gyms and even tried hot yoga for a period of time…(which I hated (too hot 🥵)and only did because I thought it would allow me to lose weight quicker) Through all these years of diets plans and gyms, what I’ve never been able to find is a community! I’ve never felt like I belonged anywhere and I’ve never found the right classes that left me feeling strong and accomplished.
What sets Elevation Fitness and the Facebook group Cupcakes Anonymous apart is that I have a tribe of like minded women to not only attend classes with, but connect with online as well. Having that support and encouragement is truly unique and special. I am so grateful that I have finally found my place here! And I may add the classes are amazing, always being changed up with new challenging equipment and moves..but also able to be modified to any fitness level!!
Now most testimonials include a before or after photo or something similar…I don’t have that, but what I do have is a here and now photo that makes me feel strong, confident and maybe…maybe… a little bit of a bad ass…
While I still have goals I would like to accomplish..strength, stamina, mobility and yes sustainable healthy weight loss..I have no doubt I will accomplish these goals with the support of Tina, all of the other amazing trainers and this kick ass community of women!

Elevation Fitness changed my life.
I know that sounds dramatic but I’m not exaggerating.
I learned how to eat better and eat clean, I learned that consistency is better than perfection. I have been off my statin for over a year (with my Dr blessing). Until Covid reared its ugly head I was able to reduce my anti depressant/anxiety meds. The workouts are challenging and have not only dramatically improved my physical health but my mental health as well. I was able to gain confidence that I had lost in recent years and I have met incredibly strong wonderful women who lift up other women. I lost over 40lbs and at 47 years old I feel better and stronger than when I was in my 20’s
Without Tina and Elevation Fitness I wouldn’t have:
Hiked Mt Washington (twice)
Hiked 9 4,000 footers in NH in 2020
Done 2 Fenway Spartans
Done Rugged Maniac
Flipped tires
Done a 220lb deadlift
Walked a marathon

One of my proudest moments being a member of EF/CA was doing Rugged Maniac 2019, as I’ve never done a 5k Obstacle Course before. It was exciting, scary, and fun all at the same time. I was able to make it through the course, except for 3-4 of the obstacles, with the encouragement, support & help of the AMAZING woman at EF/ CA! It was an AMAZING day; it was incredibly challenging (physically & mentally) and I still can’t believe some of the obstacles I was able to do. I loved this experience and have signed up for the next one! Can’t wait!

Elevation Fitness brought me so much happiness and health. I always thought about exercise but never engaged in it because I thought I was to big and heavy to exercise and i’m so uncoordinated there is no way I can do it. I also don’t like people watching me so I was very paranoid about people watching me and laughing at me.
Then I became a part of Elevation Fitness and everything changed. Well almost everything I am still very uncoordinated ask the 5am crew!!! But once I came to Elevation Fitness I felt comfortable in my own skin, I felt welcomed. They helped and supported me in every step. I was never comfortable wearing a tank top or showing my “flappy” arms but now I still have floppy arms but I’m comfortable with my arms cause I’m a work in process. Elevation Fitness gives me the support I need to continue my journey every day.
When Covid-19 hit and gyms were forced to close down Tina made sure that we could continue our journey and recorded many workouts online for Elevation Fitness members. While she was working and recording video workouts and having a personal life she worked hard on getting the gym disinfected and Covid safe. We all have our own work out pods and our own TRX. Everything is disinfected and kept clean. Everyone works together to keep it clean so that we can continue our journey.
Elevation Fitness has also been great for my daughter. It has given her a great group of women to learn from and has given her the education and support to live a healthy life. Because of Elevation Fitness she has accomplished many new things and is now training with Tina and a friend so that she can do more obstacle course and races in 2021.
I would NEVER have been able to handle this journey without all the great people at Elevation Fitness.
Thank You to Tina Potenti LaCroix and all the instructors at Elevation Fitness. COME JOIN US!

I joined this fitness facility just before the shutdown last March after having been a member of other gyms for years. I immediately felt at home and learned that Elevation Fitness was all about women coming together to support each other in a healthier lifestyle. Although COVID. Impacted all gyms, Tina continued to support her clients with virtual classes working out each day for us. Tina is ‘real’ someone who is all about wanting what’s best for everyone. She knows first hand how hard one has to work to be their best self and the supports needed along the way. Her reasonable membership fees – online chats- check ins and awesome classes provides something for all all fitness levels. The classes, her coaching and expertise for health speaks to her true passion – helping others. You will pay huge fees at other gyms with far less than what Elevation Fitness has to offer. In my 10 months being a member I have been so pleased with EF services, safety for clients, Tina’s compassion and selfless acts of kindness. I am proud to be part of this family. I look forward to the continued journey of health and wellness and know that Tina and her coaches will be there every step of the way.
