Having lived this journey as an overweight and unconditioned woman, Personal Trainer Tina LaCroix experienced first-hand how the fitness industry has become less personal, expensive and plays on people’s desperation to get healthy and lose weight.

Elevation Fitness is not just another boutique personal training studio. Tina LaCroix offers challenging workouts with a focus on a woman’s fitness needs as well as custom 1-1 nutrition, group nutrition counselling, holistic health and wellness coaching, hybrid and onsite personal training.
